Crocker is a Monarch Solutions Security officer.[2] During the events of October 2016, he was assigned to the Monarch Security Station at the time of Liam Burke and Jack Joyce's arrest.

"Prisoner"[]
When Liam Burke was arrested by Monarch Security[3], he was sent to the Monarch Security Station alongside Jack Joyce. Crocker, a Light Trooper in Monarch Security, was stationed at Liam's holding cell.
During Liam's time in his holding cell, he attempted to gain the attention of Crocker. His first attempt, trying to start a conversation before declaring he had to use the bathroom, was ignored. It wasn't until Liam began incessantly repeating his name that Crocker chose to respond and tried to threatened Liam into silence.
Liam explained his situation was a misunderstanding and requested to use the bathroom again, promising to help Crocker climb the political ladder of Monarch Security if he did. Crocker did as requested and attempted to maintain control of the situation by ordering Liam to stand against the wall. Liam pretended to cooperate before attacking Crocker seconds later with a chair and knocking him out.
