Biography[]

Events of Quantum Break[]

"Deception"[]

In the absence of Sofia Amaral, the Chronon Scientist and several other colleagues that worked in the division attempted to accurately calculate when the End of Time would occur based on the information they had, using the simulations created by Sofia. However, without Sofia's input, they felt the results were inconclusive.[2]

A frustrated Paul Serene demanded absolute answers from his group so as to avoid activating the Lifeboat Protocol prematurely. The Chronon Scientist warned him that there were no certainties in their situation. When he asked for a timetable, the Chronon Scientist told Paul that the Meyer-Joyce Field could collapse within eight hours. As he began to urge Paul to make a decision, a stutter occurred, freezing everyone except Paul.[2]

When Paul chooses to believe in Sofia's loyalty over Martin Hatch's belief that she had betrayed them, He initiates the Lifeboat Protocol. The Chronon Scientist, still at Monarch HQ, was among the key personnel escorted by Monarch Security to the building's basement level where the Lifeboat resided.[2]

"Lifeboat Protocol"[]

Paul learns too late that Sofia initiated the Lifeboat Protocol without his authorization, he is unable to shut the protocol down. The Chronon Scientist, still at Monarch HQ, was among the key personnel escorted by Monarch Security to the building's basement level where the Lifeboat resided.[3]
